Cpl. Robert Rens, a mortuary affairs specialist with Personnel Retrieval and Processing Detachment, Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group, stands in as catcher as Lance Cpl. Scott �Ski� Halisky throws warm up pitches outside their unit�s bunker. Halisky, also a mortuary affairs specialist with PRP Detachment, played minor league baseball in the Baltimore Orioles organization before an elbow injury led to his release. He's currently deployed to Iraq and is training in spare time to make a major league comeback. Halisky, 30, is from Clearwater, Fla.
